As a specialized architectural package provider and technical concierge, our work is dedicated exclusively to structural engineering, material integrity, and builder collaboration. We do not act as an on-site builder or general contractor; instead, we partner directly with your architect and chosen local builder—engineering the complete structural package for luxury log, high-performance SIP, or heavy timber frame residences, integrating Apex Euro Windows, and providing direct technical support to your framing crew.

Aaron Dunn spent more than three decades as an active custom home builder and licensed general contractor before establishing the concierge package model behind Golden Ridge. That practical field background gives Golden Ridge rare technical depth. Aaron understands joinery tolerances, structural load distributions, weather envelope integrity, and builder sequencing not from theory, but from decades of hands-on jobsite execution. When Aaron advises an architect or reviews framing details with your builder, that guidance is grounded in thirty years of real-world construction reality.

Based in Hendersonville, Meredith oversees client relations and project coordination, ensuring that planning proceeds with clarity, schedules remain aligned, and the process remains an inspiring, creative endeavor.

A successful mountain residence requires seamless integration across disciplines. If you already have architectural drawings, we engineer the structural package to match with millimeter accuracy. If you need design talent, we connect you with architects who excel in mountain vernaculars. When it comes to construction, we work collaboratively with your preferred builder—or, if you do not yet have a contractor, we can direct you to independent regional builders in your area experienced with our systems. Because every contractor operates independently, homeowners contract directly with their chosen builder and are responsible for conducting their own vetting and due diligence, while Golden Ridge provides the technical documentation and field orientation to support a smooth shell assembly.
