Golden Ridge does not act as an on-site builder or general contractor; instead, we partner directly with your architect and chosen local builder—providing precision-cut materials, complete structural documentation, and experienced field support.
How do you collaborate with our builder, and what if we need one?
We engineer the structural package and provide complete shop drawings, assembly details, and dedicated technical consultation to your chosen licensed builder. If you do not yet have a contractor, we can direct you to independent regional builders in your area who are experienced with our systems. Because all builders operate independently, homeowners contract directly with their chosen builder and are required to conduct their own independent vetting, licensing verification, and due diligence.
How do you help us choose between Log, SIP, and Timber Frame construction?
